Legacy of Wayne Shorter have been honoured by 27th Bielska Zadymka Jazzowa. Members of Wayne Shorter quartet – Danilo Perez (p), John Patitucci (db) and Brian Blade (dr) got Jazz Angels statuettes. And performed very jazzy and mainstreak concert. What is legacy of Wayne Shorter for them ? Listening to each others, attention to sounds and intentions and elegance. Together with Ravi Coltrane (another Jazz Angel this year) they created high quality band and played beautiful music.
